What's the deal with Stefan GP?

Do Stefan GP know something about Campos that we don't? It's intriguing they've been sending parts out to Bahrain....

they are a very strange outfit arent they. But with the new teams allowed to miss three races, it seems unlikely they will be allowed to race.
But they do seem to be very good friends with Bernie....

They have said they wish to make this year's grid, even if Campos and USF1 manage to make the grid. IMO, there isn't any point in trying, really, because it looks like they will have to be in a mad dash to get driver contracts signed, sponsorships on board, amongst other things within 3 weeks. Then again, where were Brawn GP with this amount of time to go last year again?

I'd really quite like to see Stefan GP as with Colin Kolles now at Campos and Jose Ramon Carabante becoming the majority share holder i believe Campos might make the start or miss a race or 2, but USF1 for me are a no show.
I doubt they will make the start and Jose Maria Lopez will go to Campos. Let Stefan GP take the place held by USF1 as with Ralf Schumacher, Jacques Villeneuve & Kazuki Nakajima roumered to be in with a chance of a drive with Stefan GP and they have reportedly shipped equipment to Bahrain & Malaysia then they seem prepared.
Drop USF1 & Bring in Stefan GP.

Insane, thats really annoying the FIA have not let Stefan GP compete but will not punish USF1 for essentially wasting a place on the grid!
