React to the Action - Chinese Grand Prix

The weather yet again played its part in an entertaining race and once again Jenson Button's tactics paid off to secure his second win in McLaren colours.
Button and his team-mate Lewis Hamilton put in stunning drives to cap off a decent weekend for the Woking-based team. Qualifying did not exactly go to plan but are they bothered after today's 1-2. I don't think so.
Another team who caught the eye were Renault. Robert Kubica has been in terrific form for his new team and Vitaly Petrov scored his first points in F1 with a gutsy 7th place finish. For me Button, Hamilton and Petrov were my drivers of the day.
Let's hear what you have to say.
Who was you driver of the day?
Nico Rosberg has done really well so far and has totally dominated his team-mate Michael Schumacher. Will he continue to do so for the rest of the season?
Who disappointed you?
What are you looking forward to most at the Spanish Grand Prix?Posted 2 years ago # -
The rain definitely had its impact, even without refuelling Alonso still had to pit 5 times!
My driver of the day would have to be Petrov, got his first points and looked pretty steady in some testing conditions.
Its not looking great for Schuey and he continues to disappoint, Rosberg has well and truly put him in the shade for now!
Looking forward to see what adjustments teams make to their cars, and whether the Spanish GP can be a dry race where overtaking is still frequent.

Another thrilling race. Not bad for a sport that is "boring" is it? If it carries on like this it will live up to its hype as argualy the greatest season of all time.
Button is a superb modern-day race-driver. Not only can he drive a car brilliantly, he has the tactics down to a tee. Twice he's made brave decisions, twice it has worked.
On Nico Rosberg, I've been criticised on here for taking a negative view on him. He did do extremely well this week and for that I have to offer him praise. He'll kick himself for his error while he was leading, though. If Mercedes actually give him a decent car in Spain it could get very interesting.
A British one-two is great for this country. Being back at the top of the sport is such a good feeling. 12 barren years followed by two glorious seasons, and now Button and Hamilton are impressing once more.
Spain can't come soon enough. There could well be some major surprises. Hopefully we can have some teams that can knock Red Bull off the front row in qualifying.
