Christian Horner - Genius or idiot?

It is generally accepted that his decision to give Vettel Webber's front wing was wrong, but will his actions have a positive or negative affect on Red Bull's championship challenges?
Firstly the negatives. He has ruined the harmony in the team and created a split down the middle of the garage. They are less likely to share data with each other and it increases the risk of the two colliding on the track.
But there are positives to the situation. We all saw how fired up Webber was on Sunday, and his performance was nothing short of sensational. He seems to have found a new level, all due to feeling like his team is against him. This can also push Vettel on to new levels as he looks to prove he is superior to the old Aussie.
So what do you think? Will this be a good thing come the end of the year for the Milton Keynes-crew? Or are they waving the white flags at the McLarens now?

These decisions haven't been 100% Horner, there are some Austrian team owners who enjoy playing God from time to time as well.
The little tussles over No. 1 status will only enhance McLaren's efforts. Vettel seems to be favoured, but he was ahead in the Championship so the excuse of the front wing was justified, if flimsy. Webber had the motivation anyway, they just fueled it some more.
Red Bull are still the team to beat, but it's down to their qualifying pace and aerodynamic effectiveness. McLaren have the edge everywhere else.
Interesting fact: Red Bull have had twice as many laps in the lead than anyone else, and still aren't leading the Championships. Ridiculous.

If it continues in the same vein, Red Bull will look back on 2010 as an opportunity that they let slip from their grasp. As for Horner - he's made mistakes, but who doesn't?
