So who has got their breath back from the Canadian Grand Prix? Just when we thought there was no chance the drama of China or Monaco could be upstaged, the rain in Montreal handed spectators one of the finest races in living memory.

While not everyone can make it into the pit-lane to join in with McLaren and their victory celebrations, or listen in to what Christian Horner said to Sebastian Vettel after his final lap mistake, Twitter is a great way to get the thoughts of those in the know.

“Thank you all! It was a fun race but we must continue striving to improve the set-up the car!” Buemi’s team-mate Jamie Alguersuari has  a slightly different opinion it would seem.

“Montreal is the shit!” Rihanna chips in with her opinion on all things formula 1 after nipping over the border to give Lewis Hamilton a good luck kiss.
