Mercedes vice-president Norbert Haug has confirmed that Nico Rosberg and Michael Schumacher will be the team's drivers in 2011.

However, Haug has demanded that the two men improve on their 2010 performances next year as he is disappointed with the team's current fourth place in the constructors' standings.

"In 2011 we will make a step forward," he told the Cologne newspaper Express. "So we need to have the best possible staff, which may include some new people.

"However, in 2011 the drivers will once again be Michael and Nico Rosberg and we believe in Ross (Brawn) and his team. We just know what victory feels like, so perhaps we are sometimes a bit grumpy.
