Impressive Alonso wins in Singapore

Ferrari's Fernando Alonso landed his second successive victory and fourth of an eventful season at the Singapore Grand Prix to further enhance his World Championship aspirations.
The Spaniard collected the maximum 25 points available after starting on pole and producing a faultless drive around the Marina Bay Street Circuit in the day/night race.
He held off the challenge of Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel, who picks up 18 points, while third-placed team-mate Mark Webber (15) and McLaren's Jenson Button (12) picked up crucial totals.
Lewis Hamilton's retirement curse continued after he was forced out on lap 36.
He collided with Webber as he tried to pass him on the long straight to turn seven, but the Australian survived the scrape to come home with a podium finish.
Webber remains at the top of the leaderboard on 202 points, but the on-song Alonso (191) has leapt into second place.
Hamilton (182) sits third and he needs a huge change in fortune in the remaining four races to land his second crown, while Vettel (181) and reigning champion Button (177) stay in the hunt.
Nico Rosberg, Rubens Barrichello, Robert Kubica, Adrian Sutil, Nico Hulkenberg and Felipe Massa completed the top ten.
