Are Force India heading for Turkish Delight?

will head to in buoyant mood after both and finished in the points in .

It was the first time both drivers came home in the Top 10 this season and ’s 20 second penalty meant the team took 6 points from the Principality with Sutil ending up in 8th and Liuzzi just behind him in 9th.

Personally I feel Tonio needed the points more than Sutil as he had gone three races without scoring in the points and he was starting to come under a little bit of pressure.

Having gone out in Q1 in China and just about making it into Q2 in Spain, Liuzzi was on the back foot and there was some talk about Vitantonio being replaced by reserve driver . To be honest I found this quite ludicrous even though I was slightly concerned about his form at the time.

How can you get rid of a driver so early in the season? Those who were thinking that Tonio would be the first driver casualty of 2010 must have forgotten that he finished in the points in the opening two races in Bahrain and Australia.

The ex Red Bull driver needs to improve his qualifying but if he continues to pick up points on a regular basis then questions about his future at Force India will be quashed.

Liuzzi did finish behind his team-mate in the race at Monaco but the fact that he out-qualified Adrian and made it into Q3 may be the tonic that gets his season back on track. Sutil did have traffic issues in Q2 but at the end of the day Vitantonio will have been satisfied to beat the German for the first time this year in qualifying.

Adrian will have been frustrated not to get into Q3 but by the end of the first lap he was 10th and from there he looked set to finish in the Top 10. He even managed to get past his team-mate and in the pit stop phase.
