Alonso targets title glory

Fernando Alonso has warned the rest of the Formula One paddock that he is ready to win again following his winter switch to Ferrari.
The Spanish double world champion has spent three years in the wilderness since winning his last drivers' title in 2006.
Moves to McLaren and back to Renault have failed to bear fruit, but the 28-year-old appears to have won back his confidence following his off-season move to Ferrari.
Speaking ahead of Sunday's season-opening Bahrain Grand Prix, he declared: "I'm ready to win. I feel ready to fight and hopefully I'm in a position to do that.
"But we are not comparing the winter times too much or making predictions for the first races.
"Red Bull, Mercedes, McLaren and Ferrari – any of these four teams could be favourites for this race or for the championship.
"We want to win the world championship in November, not March."
